The Process
Upon ordering we manually process your order. Once processed our team individually produces your order before creating an accurate shipping label.
Cancellations
We are happy to issue a full refund before sending any item/product. Special orders that we have ordered upon customer request will not be refunded under any circumstance.
Upon production, we will no longer accept cancellations.
Pressing Support
Support is provided with all orders, with the parameters to adhere your purchased prints.

Warranty
Prints have no warranty, we recommend prints are used within one month of the sale.
Returns
We will only accept returns upon our approval, it is your responsibility to return the goods to DTF Shop. Returned goods in their produced condition will be considered for a refund.
It will be at DTF Shops discretion as to whether or not the quality of goods is acceptable or not, if approved, we will provide a full refund including freight.
Our aim is to please and if you receive a product that is inferior quality, we will approve your return.
